About the CEO – Guruprasad R

Guruprasad R is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Intellekt Genie Private Limited, an organization established from his vision to empower individuals and businesses through transformative training and development solutions.

With an academic background in Aeronautical Science and an MBA, Guruprasad began his professional journey in the airline industry as a technician. His strong technical foundation, combined with a passion for continuous learning and people development, inspired him to transition into the field of Training and Development, where he discovered his true purpose.

Over the last 17 years, Guruprasad has collaborated with leading multinational corporations, gaining extensive experience in organizational behaviour, leadership development, and talent management. His unique ability to integrate technical precision with strategic business insight has positioned him as a trusted leader in the learning and development domain.

Today, through Intellekt Genie, he continues to champion innovative, result-driven solutions that strengthen organizations, empower employees, and drive sustainable growth.

About the Co-Founder – Uma Guruprasad

Uma Guruprasad is the Co-Founder of Intellekt Genie Private Limited, bringing with her over 17 years of expertise in the IT industry with a strong focus on Agile training, software development, and analytical problem-solving. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) and an MBA, Uma has successfully integrated her technical knowledge with business acumen to thrive as a Senior Software Developer in highly competitive and innovation-driven environments.

At Intellekt Genie, Uma plays a crucial role in the design and delivery of impactful training programs that combine technical rigor with practical application. Known for her ability to simplify complex concepts and connect with diverse audiences, she ensures that every learning experience is not only insightful but also transformative. Her passion for empowering individuals and organizations through knowledge, combined with her industry experience, makes her a driving force behind Intellekt Genie’s mission of delivering growth-oriented training solutions.
